Q. What makes up the shipping & handling costs?
A. Our shipping costs come directly from FedEx. The handling fee is to cover the cost of dry ice and or gel packs to keep your pierogies cold during transport, and the packaging material which includes a reusable P.O.C. insulated bag.
Q. Why is shipping so expensive?
A. Simply put, shipping frozen food is expensive. Alot of companies raise the prices of their online products in order to offer free or discounted shipping. We do not. The prices listed on our website are the same prices that you will find in our stores.
Q. How can I find out what my shipping cost will be?
A. During the Checkout Process on our site you will be presented with different shipping options to choose from, this will display the prices for you that are the shipping & handling costs calculated based on where the package is going and the amount of products you have in the cart.
Q. How long does it take for me to receive my order?
A. Depending on the zone you live in, your order may take up to 4days to arrive. We only ship Mondays any orders received after Sunday night will typically be ship on the following Monday.
NO RETURNS will be accepted. Pierogies of Cleveland cannot be held responsible or issue refunds for spoiled products due to shipping delays caused by inclement weather, floods, hurricanes, snow storms, or other acts of nature. Any returned packages that are marked undeliverable, not picked up by customer from our shipper and are returned to us will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
